Having Ice creams or desserts or enjoying a fruit dish at the end of a meal has become a fashion nowadays. But is it necessary to follow a fashion blindly? In Indian medical science i.e in Ayurveda it is mentioned that cough, gas and bile are the three humors in the human body. Gas level increases after a meal and cold things are responsible in increasing gas level.

So we have to think about the right ways of not only consuming food but also what is to be enjoyed after a meal.
